Review

Owner-chef Hisashi Ouchi ensures all his seafood is wild, adds no sugar or MSG to his rice, uses only free-range eggs and shuns all artificial additives. This is no gimmick. Ouchi’s sushi is wonderful, and so are the premises, a homely room with wooden beams and antique furniture.
