Review

Award-winning Minami-no-shima pork from Miyazaki Prefecture is the attraction at this tonkatsu (pork cutlet) eatery in Kagurazaka. Aged for a longer period than standard pork, this brand product gives off a mellow aroma and is deliciously lean and soft, but still maintains a strong flavour that's best combined with some sea salt (available at the counter). You'll have a to pay a premium price for premium product though – the popular toku-katsu set meal goes for ¥2,710.
