Hidden on the third floor of Roppongi's Gate Tower, L'Estasi is far less stuck up than it looks: the staff follows the Su Misura (made to order) philosophy to the letter, allowing orders off the menu and going to great lengths to accommodate special requests. The stone-baked pizzas are always popular, as are the excellent desserts, while assistance may be required to properly navigate the 500-strong wine list. Going in summer is your best bet, as the spacious main dining area is complemented by a gorgeous terrace overlooking the Roppongi Hills complex.
