Opened in early May 2014, this much-hyped ramen shop was born as the result of collaborative efforts undertaken by Sapporo's Dosanko and the famed Hakata Ippudo from Fukuoka. Bringing together the best of both north and south, the new Dosanko specialises in miso ramen, but also sells noodles in shoyu (soy sauce) and butter-salt soups. This particular shop will only be open for a year (until May 2015), after which the company aims to expand its operations to cover the entire city. Stay on the cutting edge and sample their creations before that happens.
