One floor below the glamorous Dazzle, in the landmark Toyo Ito-designed Mikimoto Ginza 2 building, WaZa serves confident, contemporary dishes in a sleek and intimate setting. The menu focuses on charcoal-grilled meat and chicken, pot-au-feu, cheese fondue and lots of fresh vegetables, and there is also pasta, Western-style salads and Iberico salami. The set lunches, with self-service salad, soup and coffee, are especially good value. The place is sometimes hired out for parties.
