This two-day festival returns to the streets of Harajuku in the first week of October, bringing icons of the aomoji-kei fashion movement along with it. Last year's Harajuku Kawaii!! Fes drew over 10,000 people and boasted live music from the likes of Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, as well as fashion shows featuring models from the Asobi System agency. This year's line-up has just been announced, and will feature Silent Siren, Akai Koen and Tempura Kidz, as well as a return visit from queen of quirky pop Kyary herself. The full line-up is below:
Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, Silent Siren, Akai Koen, Natsuko Kondo, Disacode, Tempura Kidz, Shiho Namba, Negoto, Neko Punch, Hanae, Page, Una. MCs: Neeko, Takuya Hoshino
