Rental space operator Rainbow Soko's third 'creative warehouse' recently opened in Shimokitazawa, one of Tokyo's cultural hubs. Occupying an entire newly renovated five-storey building, the place is available for a wide range of activities. The first and second floors are divided into 20 booths, while the third floor hosts a gallery and a free space which can be used as a studio and an exhibition area. There's also a system called Box Shop, which allows creatives to sell their work and other items by renting a shelf compartment and using it as a display case. The fourth floor is a shared working space equipped with hand tools, whereas the fifth floor is where you'll find a lounge with a sofa and a rooftop balcony.
