Time Out says
Billed in the Japanese press materials, rather wonderfully, as a 'super technical instrumental project', this group has the pedigree to match that lofty description. Drummer Mike Portnoy and keyboardist Derek Sherinian are both alumni of prog-metal warhorses Dream Theater, while bassist Billy Sheehan and guitarist Tony MacAlpine are veterans of axegod Steve Vai's band. Heavy rock fans who like it fiddly will be in seventh heaven.
