Otaku aren't exactly renowned for being gourmands, so it'll be interesting to see how this new, pricey anime-themed restaurant fares. You'll need to be familiar with hit series One Piece to get much out of the experience at Baratie, which takes its name from the floating restaurant featured in the manga and anime. (Don't expect an authentic recreation, though: the location is on the seventh floor of the Fuij TV building in Odaiba.) The food menu changes on a monthly basis, taking inspiration from a different scene or storyline from the series each time, and you'll be dining amongst full-size models of One Piece characters.
