Veteran DJ Shin Nishimura first made his name in Shanghai in the late 1990s before bringing his hard-hitting tunes and his 'Plus' party back to Tokyo in 2001. He's kept the flag flying for no-nonsense techno ever since, playing at some of the world's top festivals, including Mayday and Love Parade, while continuing to attract world-class talent to Tokyo. This edition of Plus welcomes Kyoka, part-time Berliner and 'creator of sweet chaos', who recently became the first female artist to release an album on the renowned Raster-Noton label. Fellow spinner Go Hiyama provides support.
