Review

Inexplicably named Ginza pancake shop Scotchbank closed its doors for good a while ago, but has now been reborn as a café and diner close to Shibuya's Namikibashi. The dinner menu has been completely revamped, and now focuses on meaty Italian fare and reasonably priced wines. Their deliciously soft soufflé pancakes, made with mascarpone, are available only between 2pm and 5pm on weekdays, and all day on special 'Pancake Sundays'.
