Review

Standing on the main drag in Hamamatsucho, Akitaya is a landmark - a classic old-school tachinomi serving cheap beer, sake and shochu to go with the charcoal-grilled organ meats. The building was redeveloped recently, with Akitaya losing its retro patina but none of its popularity.
