Building on the success of its first location (at Ueno Station), the straightforwardly named Highball's bar expanded into Hamamatsucho's World Trade Center in January 2015. The star of the show here is obviously Japan's fav whisky cocktail, which can be freely customised, while the food menu offers fairly standard appetisers and other light bites. Conveniently located with direct access from nearby stations, the same building also houses a 40th-floor observatory overlooking Tokyo Tower and the Bay area.
Transport Hamamatsucho Station (Yamanote, Keihin-Tohoku, Tokyo Monorail lines); Daimon Station (Asakusa, Oedo lines)
