Enjoy superb views of the Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo Bay from this stylish but casual French restaurant, a branch of Tokyo Kaikan located on the 39th floor of the World Trade Center building in Hamamatsucho. Prix fixe dinners start from as low as ¥4,860, while the excellent chef's course goes for ¥8,640. Lunch sets start from ¥2,600, which can be called reasonable considering the location and the quality of the food.
