This NYC-based steakhouse first took on Tokyo in autumn 2014, opening a restaurant inside Roppongi's plum Izumi Garden complex. The hunt for more moneyed patrons has now led the chain to Ginza, where this second branch is opening right by the Sukiyabashi crossing. Prime meat, grilled seafood and American-sized salads are the name of the game.
