Korean café chain Caffé Bene boasts a whopping 1,100 outlets across Asia and the United States, but this Akasaka shop is one of only two Japan locations (the other one is at Haneda Airport). The original menu is supplemented with plenty of Japan originals, but it's the former that's the real attraction here. Try the hotteok waffle, a dish combining the popular Korean filled pancake with a fluffy waffle, or the patbingsu, the Korean take on shaved ice. Made with frozen milk and liberally topped with fruit and gelato, this is the perfect sweet treat on a hot summer day.
