Popular restaurant and bakery Viron is behind this sandwich shop and restaurant that serves up nicely stuffed, trendy toast combos until 5pm, six days a week. If you're eating in, try the Centre Toast Set, which is freely customisable in terms of both toppings and bread, plus they even let you toast the whole thing yourself. If choosing all the fillings sounds too difficult, go ahead and pick straight off the menu – we recommend the kuroge-wagyu (black-haired Japanese beef) cutlet sandwich. Do note, however, that although the bread here is certainly a class above the standard shokupan you'd find at any Japanese supermarket, it's still quite tasteless and practically nutrient-free.
