A true rarity in Tokyo, this Ebisu café and restaurant serves up 100-percent vegan raw food at reasonable prices. In order to maintain those healthy enzymes, all ingredients are either completely raw or prepared at temperatures under 48 degrees, and of course you won't find any artificial additives or other chemicals here either. Most of the vegetables used are also organically produced, and the menu offers plenty of alternatives for everyone from dedicated aficionados to first-timers. The café sells decent bagels, while events like cooking classes and nutrition-related seminars also take place at Rainbow. Lunch sets start from ¥1,300, while the dinner menu offers mouth-watering options like spicy kelp noodles, a 'raw pizza' and fresh salads. Big eaters may leave hungry, though.
