Omotesando Hills – the place to go to be down with the latest trends – is never short of a crowd. Youshoku Miyashita can be found on the third floor. It’s the sister store of Kurayamizaka Miyashita in Azabu-juban and is a result of the combined forces of Japanese chef Daisuke Miyashita and French chef Hiroshi Honma. At Youshoku Miyashita, familiar western dishes are given a French twist by Honma and there are also French-style hors d'oeuvres to sample. The ingredients are carefully selected, leaving each dish laced with a taste of France. Even standard fare such as the humble Japanese rice omelette and the Japanese hamburger taste luxurious.
