Restaurants & Cafés

Review

The small sushi restaurant consists of only eight counter seats. Known as one of the most exquisite restaurants in Yotsuya by many gourmets, the seats are often booked solid months in advance. The chef, Yasuhiko Mitsuya, who trained at Rozan in Shinjuku-Isetan, offers fine sushi with the tastiest seasonal fish from all over Japan. He can also offer impressively detailed explanation of each dish. The restaurant also has a sommelier, who will help choose the best wine for each dish, but you can also stick with the sake, of course.
