Review

Fancy a cup of Japanese tea? The teas at Cha-Chanoma are carefully brewed by a Japanese tea barista, and the superb tea selection stretch to an impressive 30 varieties. Try the susuri-cha (‘slurping-style tea’), with its unique brewing process that uses a lidless pot to draw out the true flavour of the tea without steaming the leaves too much, a process invented by one of the baristas. We love the jussai-shiru (‘ten vegetable soup’), which contains up to 400g of vegetables in one portion.
