Mixing standard Japanese soba with chuka soba, the kind of ramen that's also confusingly referred to as soba, Rinsuzu soaks its creations in a soup that's a combination of soy sauce, dashi stock, chicken, seaweed and dried shiitake mushrooms. Their standard dish is less than memorable, but the 'lemon ramen', amply topped with fresh lemon slices, is more interesting. Make sure to also order the delish chicken tempura (¥200) on the side.
