Key Shimokitazawa indie venue Three gets fired up for the New Year with an evening of guitar-mangling and all-round aural abrasiveness. Kraut-noise quartet Kuruucrew (who trumped all contenders at last month's Neutralnation fest) lead the charge, with help from a diverse bill that ranges from distortion-drenched garage duo Tadzio to math-rockers Fukuro, PJ Harvey devotees Homme and demented synth-pop combo Ni-Hao! (their exclamation mark, not ours).
