It's hard to square Japan's hardline stance on illegal drugs with the continued popularity here of '90s psych-rave warhorses like Juno Reactor and System 7 – groups whose appeal could only be explained by the presence of significant quantities of mind-altering substances. Find out what an entirely sober psychedelic party looks like (maybe) as System 7 hook up with Luna Sea and X-Japan guitarist Sugizo this weekend, with support from DJ Yummy and Miss Melera.
