Having morphed into a miniature beer garden for summer, the garden terrace at Aoyama's charming Kihachi now turns up the class with this bubbly-focused bash, on from September 1. Book well in advance for a seat and the chance to sample a six-part appetiser menu featuring marine delicacies like sea urchin and hokki clam, along with two varieties of free-flowing G. H. Mumm champagne. You'll have to fork out ¥6,800 for the pleasure, but trust us – it's well worth it.
