Hokurikuo is a grown-up izakaya (Japanese-style pub) in the Shinagawa East One Tower, right by the Konan Exit of Shinagawa Station. Fresh seafood and sake are sourced directly from the Hokuriku area, and seasonal specialties can also be enjoyed.
