Review

This sake specialist is located five minutes walk from Sangen-jaya Station. They have over 100 varieties of sake, with a focus on seasonal namazake (raw, unpasteurized sake). The food menu also includes over 200 items, from seasonal specialities to à la carte dishes and other delicacies. The sake and food on offer change so often that it’s a restaurant that definitely rewards frequent visits. Inside is an L-shaped counter which seats twelve, and four tables which seat four. There is also a koagari (raised tatami mat area) with a recessed kotatsu table that can accommodate ten.
