African inspiration meets French cuisine meets Tokyo style in Yotsuya. The result is an original and chic little bar-restaurant with a menu (and wine list) that ranges from Morocco down to South Africa. Among the standouts: pepe, a Nigerian stew seasoned with plenty of pepper, and ostrich meat (raised in Japan) served as kebabs or in rich sausages.
