The Edo look is coming back into vogue, so there's no better time than now to open a kimono shop exclusively for men. Found near Ochanomizu Station and Kanda Shrine, this speciality store sells tailored kimonos with a modern twist, with styles ranging from smart casual to 'fine classic' (you'll have to ask them what the categories entail). Art director Naomi Hirabayashi is working together with fellow specialists to ensure that every kimono sold here has its own unique look. If you want one made just for you, you can order it here, but prepare to wait for about two weeks for the finished product.
Open March 1, 2015
