Review

An import stationer close to Tokyo University's Hongo campus, this shop has been in business for over 15 years and is filled with colourful, mainly European writing paraphernalia. The fitting name is an acronym of the phrase 'a small circle of stationery', and the selection includes everything from jewellery boxes to Schneider pens and Herlitz notebooks. Look out for rare knickknacks brought over by the globetrotting owner or pick from the shop's selection of original products.
