Opened in late December 2014 up on the restaurant floor of Shinjuku's Odakyu department store, this vaguely trademark-infringing oyster bar also operates eateries in Yokohama and Machida, serving up seasonal slimy delicacies in raw, grilled and fried forms. If you're not up for their speciality, the meat alternatives and choices like the aromatic Seafood Gumbo make for decent substitutes. Reserve around ¥5,000 per person for dinner.
