Review

After undergoing full-scale renovation in late 2014, this classy kaiseki restaurant in Marunouchi is now better than ever. Taste high-grade ingredients like fugu (pufferfish), suppon (softshell turtle), crab, wagyu beef and eel, all served and prepared with respect for the seasons. For the complete experience, book a private room and order one of the set kaiseki courses (from ¥8,600), complete with sake, shochu or wine.
