Review

Having made his name with certifiably kawaii rabbit-shaped cream puffs, French pastry chef Nicolas Charles moved from Ginza to Harajuku, Tokyo's number-one dessert battleground, in 2014. Cat Street is where you can taste his unorthodox creations, including the popular crispy puffs that come filled with choices like basil-flavoured mousse, rose jelly and tarragon-seasoned cream.
