Your taste buds are guaranteed a good workout at this long-running Chinese restaurant, which specialises in fiery Szechuan cuisine. Owner-chef Tetsuji Yasukawa has perhaps done more than anyone else to popularise Szechuan food in Japan, and serves up faithful renditions of staple dishes like the sizzling mapo tofu.
