Review

Getting premium steak usually means forking out plenty of cash – not so at this popular Ginza standing-only eatery, where the meat is paid for by the gram. Their signature rib steak goes for ¥7/gram, which comes to about 50% lower than the average market price in the area. Hungry carnivores might want to go for a 300-gram piece, best served rare and full of juicy, soft goodness that won't make you feel too weighed down afterward. Note that as the place usually gets very crowded around lunchtime, going around or after 2pm is highly recommended.
