Feel like you aren't getting enough veg? The answer to your problems is spelled all-you-can-eat vegetable shabu-shabu, available at this excellent Nakameguro joint. All the seasonal greens are sourced directly from producers, and can be cooked in any of seven homemade soups. In addition to the vegetables, you can also have all the seafood and noodles you like, while meat choices like Kagoshima wagyu, pork and chicken are available for individual order. As opposed to your run-of-the-mill shabu-shabu place, Xin Xian provides small hot pots for each customer, preventing any arguments over the soup. At under ¥2,500, this is a steal.
