Moke's Bread & Breakfast

It seems Tokyo can't get enough of pancakes, and Moke's Bread & Breakfast, a popular Hawaiian pancake joint, has joined its American siblings Slappy Cakes and The Original Pancake House and opened its first Japanese branch. Try the lilikoi (passion fruit) pancakes, which are smothered in an original, creamy sauce made from passion fruit purée mixed with butter and cream cheese to create a rich texture that has a refreshing sourness offset by a subtle sweet flavour. The pancake’s toppings include plenty of fresh cream and orange peel, creating a spectacularly delicious combination.
