Review

Tonneau Across from a small park in Azabu Juban, the red facade of this bistro transports you straight to Paris. It’s run by the French chef Philippe Badon, whose specialty is beef cheeks in wine, which are stewed thoroughly until tender. The restaurant is open for croissants and coffee for breakfast from 8am (phone to make a reservation first). Many thoughtful touches create an evocative Parisian mood from morning until night.
