Owner-chef ‘Uncle’ Keita Danjo is a dyed-in-the-wool Iberophile, and has assembled a great range of tapas recipes and wines from all over Spain. The second-floor restaurant is not particularly atmospheric, but his ground-floor tapas bar remains lively till late.
