They're being very literal with the name, but it's hard to find anything else to complain about at this newly opened Ebisu eatery. The thin buckwheat galettes are expertly prepared and come in a wide variety of combinations, including the quatre fromages served with honey. All galettes on the menu cost ¥500 and are available for takeout before 5pm. If it's a light French-style lunch or snack you're looking for, Galette Stand certainly deserves a quick visit.
