This upmarket representative of the Gatten culinary empire serves up high quality sushi in a location just a few minutes' walk from Ginza Station, and has enough seating to accommodate large parties. The seafood is shipped directly from Suruga Bay, off the coast of Shizuoka Prefecture, while the aforementioned sommelier picks seasonal produce for the vegetable sushi and bagna càuda. Expect to find unorthodox offerings like foie gras nigiri and camembert cheese roll amongst the more conventional sashimi selections, while the menu also includes suppon and wagyu kushiyaki.
