There aren't nearly enough places like this in Tokyo. Perched on the 7th floor of the Shin Marunouchi Building overlooking Tokyo Station, Marunouchi House is a free-flowing melange of affordably priced restaurants and bars, ranging from Mediterranean eatery Rigoletto to Japanese noodle shop Soba Kichi. However, the biggest draw is the outdoor terrace, which patrons are free to use for al fresco drinking and dining.
