Sample the cuisine of Toyama – and learn a few tricks – at this one-day pop-up of cooking demos and tastings, organised by Eatalk. Learn to prepare kombu jime and salmon masu sushi from professional chefs, and taste saké, ingredients and dishes from the prefecture.
