The Peninsula Tokyo's flagship bar and restaurant, Peter, provides the setting for what must be Tokyo's swankiest Halloween party this year. American fashion brand BCBGMAXAZRIA will be showing off its fall/winter collection in a runway show, with a performance by crack bellydancer Nefertari Sumiko and music from local DJs including Kaoru Inoue, DJ Amiga and QP.
