Time Out says
With a new album out next week, festival favourites Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra are playing a free gig on Yoyogi Park's outdoor stage this afternoon, in a repeat of a memorable concert they staged there back in 2007. Too bad that they had to schedule it on a Tuesday afternoon, but that was probably the only way of guaranteeing that things didn't descend into outright mayhem.
