Its location on the Shibuya approach to Yoyogi Park means that this dinky ice cream parlour is normally thronged with customers. Shiroichi serves its raw milk ice cream in tall spindles, balanced perilously in small cone cups that ought to come with a warning attached: we saw two customers accidentally upend theirs as they tried to take photos of them outside the shop. It's best to skip the photo session and tuck in: these soft, almost sorbet-like concoctions are a treat to savour.
