Outlook Festival 2015 Japan Launch Party

Croatia's Outlook Festival has claimed the mantle as Europe's premier celebration of dub and sound system culture, but we're still not entirely sure how it ended up getting its own warm-up party here in Tokyo. Still, the 'Japan Launch Party' has been going strong since 2011 and now moves to Shibuya's Vision for a bass-heavy brew of roots, dubstep and drum 'n' bass from the likes of Zed Bias, MC Fox, Iration Steppas and DJ Baku.
