Making a one-night appearance at L'art de Rosanjin, the 'edible art' exhibition making waves in Nihonbashi, this rice ball-specific pop-up offers gourmet onigiri for ¥500 a pop – best combined with some Hibiki whisky or a bite from the neighbouring restaurant booths at the exhibit. Tonight's laidback soundtrack comes courtesy of guest DJ gang Machilda.
