Besides selling the fattest, shiniest and most expensive fruit ever (a very impressive corporate gift, perhaps?), the renowned Sembikiya stocks luxury jams and serves up treats at this adjoining café in Nihonbashi. The menu includes goodies like cakes, ice cream and fruit parfaits, all made with Sembikiya's famously perfect produce, while the fruit theme even spills over onto the curries and other rice dishes – how about some pineapple hashed beef? Their most popular menu item is the special parfait, priced at a whopping ¥1,785 and amply topped with ice cream, whipped cream, strawberry sauce and some of the best fruit you'll ever eat.
