Time Out says
If the increasingly longer days, sunshine and flowers aren't enough to get you squarely in a spring mood, this evening of musical therapy might be just what's required: joining forces at Roppongi's Ex Theater are poppy post-rock brothers Kicell and folk-pop balladeer Caravan, who's become something of a regular at Yokohama's surf-themed Greenroom Festival over the years. Just don't expect a riotous atmosphere.
